Real Tightening Load Mesure
It provides direct measurement of fasteners in kN avoiding inaccurate tightening’s, which usually lead to bolting failures. Load inspections are possible for monitoring throughout the life of bolted joint.
Erreka Digital Bolt: ultrasonic resident sensor for direct reading of the bolt load. This allows to know the preload of the joint while tightening and during the life of the bolt with +-3% of accuracy. DNV-GL approved. The economic solution to reduce the overall cost in critical bolted joints.
